A Prosperous Journey

There’s a good and prosperous journey
Waiting there for those who dare
To trust and follow Jesus
In the work that follows there.

There is also tribulation
And a Satan to defeat,
But the job can be completed
If we stay at Jesus’ feet.

Jesus gave a Great Commission
To his churches here on earth,
And we must be glad to do it
So that souls may have new birth.

It is worth every penny;
It is worth our labor, too.
So I challenge every member:
Do what God would have you do.

Be very faithful in assembly;
Give your tithes and offerings well.
Show your faith by all your works,
And save a sinner friend from Hell.
