For funeral of James Teague
When sunset comes and I go free
And brake the chains of life,
I’ll look upon such things that be
That vanish fear and strife.
I’ll walk in peace among the saints
And sing the songs of Home
And fellowship with God Himself
And never by alone.
When sunset comes I’ll see the light
That shines on distant shore.
I’ll live above the shadows long
And feel the dark no more.
